A polished interface doesn’t automatically make a good product. We start by understanding what isn’t working, what the user needs to do, and what the business needs the product to achieve. Then we design the experience around those things.
That might mean restructuring a flow, simplifying a complicated interaction, redesigning an existing product, or creating the interface for something being built from scratch.
